The house has private parking, as well as public connections at all times and the nearest bus stop is less than 20 meters from the house. ​

The charm of our property is to be able to hear and smell the sea from the balcony, less than 10 meters from the sea and about 4    minutes walk from the famous beach of Las Teresitas.
